Fraud, Waste and Abuse

There are few things more disgusting than crooked politicians, and all of the bureaucratic “insulation” they have built to shield themselves from legal jeopardy.  This topic would take hundreds of pages just to scratch the surface and I can’t pretend to unravel much of it in a relatively brief essay, so I’ll just mention a few of the methods that have been schemed up enrich the grifters who have been stealing taxpayer dollars for decades.  We’re talking industrial-scale fraud so egregious it will make you sick, and we’re only now beginning to discover how massively systematic it is.  I’ll stick to the methods and some of the evidence without getting into who may be responsible, but if you’ve been following me for any time, you probably know who I suspect is behind a lot of the fraud, who schemed it, who encouraged it, who has extreme animus against the United States, and who convinced Democrats they could get away with it, because it’s been his modus operandi from Day One.  

It would take a constitutional amendment to enact congressional term limits, a proposal that seems necessary in the interests of “draining the swamp”, yet would be nearly impossible to effect, as it requires supermajority support in both chambers, meaning passage depends on two-thirds of the vote in both the House and Senate, and ratification by three-fourths of the states.  It was intentionally made difficult to fundamentally change the Constitution.

The framers, in their infinite wisdom, created an alternate path for the approval process by the calling of a convention to propose amendments by two-thirds of the state legislatures, in conjunction with ratification by convention of three-fourths of the states.

I highly doubt that congressional support for term limits would gather much momentum as they would be limiting their own careers, whether they were honest dedicated public servants, or in on the grift, which is apparently widespread, particularly among Democrats.  I’m not saying there are no Republicans getting rich through nefarious means, but do you really believe any of them could totally escape scrutiny from the extremely biased media?  Surely, if any Republican was acting the way Democrats routinely operate, they would have been exposed by now.

Term limits would be great, but don’t hold your breath.  In the meantime, Patriots need to pressure the Department of Justice, calling for investigations, indictments, and convictions of every criminal involved in the blatant theft of our hard-earned tax dollars.  We the People DEMAND justice!   

DOGE

The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) was established by Executive Order signed by President Donald Trump on January 20, 2025, with the stated mission of modernizing information technology, maximizing productivity, cutting excess regulations and spending within the federal government. [1]

Then headed by Elon Musk, they hit the ground running, infiltrating various agencies and exposing massive amounts of wasted tax-payer money claimed to save “hundreds of billions”.

SIDEBAR: the origination of DOGE and claim above is reliable fact from Wikipedia.  From there, their political bias takes over and they begin to spin the organization as a wasteful exercise, true to the form of any propaganda outlet shielding the Democrat National Committee (DNC) and their criminal politicians.  It’s getting to be very disturbing to attempt any type of politically-charged research, whether it’s Google, or elsewhere, and find all of the top results are a disgrace to journalism coming from the Propaganda Media Complex.  We are really up against it, my fellow Patriots. 

Wikipedia goes on to assert that DOGE was estimated to cost the federal government $21.7 billion [2], with another independent analysis estimating that DOGE cuts would cost taxpayers $135 billion [3], and the IRS predicting “more than $500 billion in revenue loss due to DOGE-driven cuts” [4].

You will see from the footnotes below that these allegations, even if they are fairly accurate, are pure propaganda, designed to shock the reader into thinking the country is going to suffer a massive loss of revenue, simply because some federal employees had their positions eliminated, end-of-story.  No, that is not reality.  The truth is that most people value some degree of work ethic, after all, they were dedicated public servants, right? (snicker, snicker)  Chances are pretty good that before their generous severance packages expired, they found employment in the growing private sector and resumed paying those “lost revenues”, theoretically in excess of what would otherwise have been collected had nothing changed, due to some overlapping period of time.  Of course, it could be argued that they didn’t all find new work, or the ones that did were soon discovered to be “non-essential” government employees, milking the clock as they had been accustomed to do, but that’s another story.

The point here is that DOGE was just the tip of the iceberg, as we have discovered in the intervening months.  In fact, it seems to be one grain of sand on a very wide beach.  DOGE simply opened the door to the discovery of much bigger fraud.

USAID

First, I want to talk about USAID (United States Agency for International Development), and will give you a streamlined version of the original objectives and humanitarian “do-goodery” as described by the uber-liberal Wikipedia, followed by the reality of how the Democrat party used the system to redirect earmarked funds for the continuance of their own power structure.

USAID was established in 1961 to compete for hearts and minds with the Soviet Union.  The sales pitch was that promoting political values, foreign policies, and cultural similarities would persuade other nations to want what we want, as a way to take our side in the Cold War. [5] The best way to “persuade” all these allies was with money.  President Kennedy wanted to set up a foreign assistance program and the result was the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 which created an agency to administer economic aid within the State Department, called the Agency for International Development (A.I.D., subsequently rebranded USAID).

In 1998, Congress established USAID as a functionally independent executive agency, allowing President Clinton the option to reorganize USAID as independent from the Department of State, though the Administrator was still under the direct authority and foreign policy guidance of the Secretary of State.

During the 24-year period, from 2001 to 2024, the average annual budget was $23 billion with missions in over 100 countries and claimed to save an estimated 4.1 to 4.7 million lives, between 1.2 and 1.7 million of them being children. [6]

Can any organization in the history of mankind ever be so noble?  Whether all those lives would surely have died notwithstanding, let’s look at some of those noble causes we, the American taxpayer, have been funding.

You’ve seen the lists of highly questionable foreign aid projects.  Here are just a few examples and I’m particularly warm and fuzzy knowing somebody decided it was a good idea to reimburse the slush fund for aid that was stolen by al Qaeda, so they can do it again. [7]  There were many more ridiculous causes.

On January 24, 2025, just 4 days into his second term, President Trump ordered a near total freeze on all foreign aid.  Three days later, the agency’s official government website was shut down.  By February, most of the employees and contractors were fired or furloughed, though technically, the agency is still legally in existence because under the 1998 Act, it can only be dissolved by an act of Congress. [8] 

Democrats were livid.  How dare Trump dry up their little slush fund.  Who actually believes that all that money directly made it into the trustworthy hands of the administrators overseeing all those noble causes?  Where are the audits?  Who are the honest investigative journalists tracking the flow of money?  Where are the reports?  Why has it taken so long to identify Democrats who have received kickbacks into their own campaign funds through mysterious foreign contributors?  When is the first Democrat going to be indicted and held to account for one of the biggest frauds ever perpetrated against the American taxpayer?  Inquiring minds want to know!

Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)

An NGO has the following characteristics:

Independent: not part of any government

Non-profit: usually focused on public good rather than profit

Mission-driven: driven by specific goals (e.g., human rights, environment)

Voluntary: relies on citizen volunteers and donations

Operates at all levels: local, national, international

These types of organizations typically were set up, at least “officially”, as advocacy groups dedicated to raising awareness and influencing policies that would benefit society as a whole through the advancement of each of their stated humanitarian, or environmental, causes.  They set up the charity.  You send them your money and only then, can you feel good about yourself.  It’s the bleeding-heart plea.  Not only do they tug on your heartstrings, but they have abused the system to create multiple slush funds designed to fund their campaigns and maintain permanent power.  After siphoning off handsome salaries for “administrative expenses”, they launder the money through several offshore bank transfers in a “rinse and repeat” operation, then it mysteriously appears as “contributions” for the re-election of “Debbie-the-Democrat”.  Some of that arguably ends up in “Debbie’s” personal account and her net worth escalates from $100,000 to $20 million during her 6 years in Congress.  At the end of the cycle, very little of it ends up benefitting the actual charity you thought you were donating to. 

In the aftermath of a devastating 2010 earthquake in Haiti, how much of the global donations collected by the Interim Haiti Recovery Commission (IHRC), in concert with the Clinton Global Initiative, and conveniently co-chaired by Bill Clinton, estimated at $9.9 billion over three years, actually ended up helping Haitians?  Hillary is quoted as saying, “We spend 90 per cent of all the money that is donated on behalf of our programmes of people around the world and in our own country.” [9]  What she didn’t say, as if any of it could be believed, is what portion of that “spending” actually finds its way to the people in need.  Take note of these stats: of the $6.04 billion collected from bilateral and multilateral international donors, 9.6% went to the Haitian government, 0.6% went to local Haitian organizations, and a whopping 89.8% went to non-Haitian organizations, including private contractors, international NGOs, and military and civilian agencies of the donor countries. It has furthermore been alleged, and investigated by the FBI, that the Clinton Foundation may have engaged in “pay to play” politics as foundation donors may have been charitable in exchange for favorable policy-related favors, while Hillary was acting as Secretary of State. [10]

I can’t prove much of that.  Who can?  The better question is who will?  Because we all know it’s true.  Sure, it’s been going on for decades, but I would speculate that the scale of it has skyrocketed since Obama came along.

There are approximately 1.4 million NGOs operating in the United States.  Many of them have been set up, organized, and controlled by liberals to advance liberal causes, from climate change, to healthcare, to human rights and economic development in underprivileged countries.  They all talk convincingly of their “do-goodery”, and many of them are legitimately noble, but you can be sure that hundreds, if not thousands of them, are money laundering operations.

The Somalian Conspiracy of Minnesota

We the People don’t need any more investigations into Democrat corruption, but they keep coming up with more egregious behavior every day.  It’s almost like they are trying to overwhelm our judicial system with an endless crime spree.  Oh wait, now I remember Obama, the Alinsky disciple, advocating anarchy by overwhelming as many systems as possible, simultaneously.  In Rules for Radicals, Saul Alinsky listed Rule # 4 as, “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules. (This is a serious rule. The besieged entity’s very credibility and reputation is at stake, because if activists catch it lying or not living up to its commitments, they can continue to chip away at the damage.)”. Rule # 8 says, “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.” Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new. (Attack, attack, attack from all sides, never giving the reeling organization a chance to rest, regroup, recover and re-strategize.)” [11]  Both of these “rules” translate well to Obama’s deliberate attempts to overwhelm the Justice Department with numerous cases that they can’t possibly prosecute with any degree of expediency.  Obama didn’t limit himself to just overwhelming the justice system.  He extended that strategy to other institutional systems as well, such as the healthcare system, the education system, and infrastructure overburdened by planned rampant immigration.  Isn’t it odd how nearly everything happening today, seems to follow Obama’s agenda with precision?

The ”fraud-du-jour” we are learning about this week is the massive corruption perpetrated by the Somalian community in Minnesota.  It is being reported that about half of the $18 billion welfare program can be attributed to fraud, from unemployment claims, to phony medical billings for Medicaid, to housing assistance, to SNAP food benefits.  All those programs have been exploited to steal tax money and enrich Somalian immigrants.

Typically, Medicare/Medicaid fraud involves overbilling, but in Minnesota claims are filed for medical services that haven’t even been provided, through totally fabricated bills to the State.  Assistant U.S. Attorney Joseph Thompson revealed that charges have been filed against six defendants; Anthony Waddell Jefferson, Lester Brown, Hassan Ahmed Hussein, Ahmed Abdirashid Mohammed, Kaamil Omar Sallah, and Asha Farhan Hassan; four of whom appear to be foreign nationals, who collectively filed more than $11 million in fake bills for non-existent people with disabilities and autism, which included housing procurement services, wire fraud, and other fraudulent activities.  A dozen people have so-far been convicted in the Feeding Our Future scam in which the Somalian community filed phony bills to the State supposedly for feeding needy children, but the money was stolen and sent to Africa to fund terrorist groups. [12]  

Many of these people live in the district represented by U.S. House Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), first elected to Congress in 2018 with a stated net worth of $65,000.  Today, she discloses her net worth as approximately $30 million, and may not even be a legal citizen, having fraudulently  submitted immigration documents, allegedly.  You have to wonder, how did she get so rich, so quickly? She is also accused of illegally marrying her brother to facilitate his immigration.  Of course, the Propaganda Media Complex covers for her by failing to mention any of the ongoing massive fraud in her district, instead taking the opportunity to bash Trump for his harsh remarks toward a woman of color.

Meanwhile, in California, Gov. Gavin Newsome says, “Hold my beer.”  Minnesota is bush league in comparison.  Hundreds of billions unaccounted for.

The Clock Has Struck Midnight

Almost a year ago, I was advocating for Patriots to remain patient and allow the Prosecutors in the Department of Justice the time they needed to diligently build their cases against these criminal Democrats.  We understand that indictments are great, but convictions are the goal, and every case must be “iron-clad” to that end.  We also understand that there are not two or three high-profile cases being investigated, but many, coincidently, just like Obama planned.  What he didn’t plan for, was his own case, and there is one.  It is beyond imagination.

My original “grace period” was the end of the year, suddenly upon us, and We the People DEMAND justice.  We don’t expect a complete accounting to be announced on January 2^nd, but early in the new year, we do expect names to start dropping, big names.  And we expect indictments to start rolling out with some degree of frequency.  The midterm elections are 10 months away and there are no guarantees that Republicans are going to retain majorities in Congress, particularly in light of the Democrat propensity to steal elections.  The last thing this country needs is Democrat leadership and all these criminals to escape into the wind.

What they conveniently forget to mention is that federal employees were offered severance packages to coerce them to resign, thereby SAVING billions in future salaries.  Those who accepted the offer, are presumed to have sought employment in the private sector and would resume paying taxes.  You can’t just tell HALF the story, but you are supposed to believe when they left the federal government, that was the end of it, and you must be outraged.

Oh, CBS.  It must be true then, right?  Notice the source is unnamed to avoid scrutiny.  We could presume CBS picked up the Washington Post theory and just used the tax revenues estimated to have been lost by federal resignations.  Never mind the future.
